How to use our Magnesium Spray:

• Shake well
• For sleep aid, spray 1-2 pumps on bottom of feet or stomach for fast absorption
• Spray 1-2 pumps on back, legs, or any problem area 
• Magnesium can tingle if the body’s cellular magnesium levels are low. Avoid using on open skin or sensitive areas. Wipe off after 10 minutes if intolerable
